We may process your name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and application details shared through our contact and career forms, as well as technical records of your visit to our website.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, run proposal and project processes, evaluate recruitment applications, fulfil legal obligations and keep the website secure.
4. Collection method and legal basis
Your data is collected through the forms on our website and electronic communication channels, by automated or partly automated means, on the legal bases in Article 5 of the KVKK: entering into a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above and in line with the law, your personal data may be transferred to business partners we work with, hosting and e-mail service providers, and authorised public authorities.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and the other rights set out in the law.
